Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mid or Senior level Estimator with 5-10 years of General Contractor estimating experience to support an expanding pipeline of large, complex commercial interior projects.

Typical Projects

\n

This position will focus on commercial interior construction projects including:

\n

• Corporate headquarters and workplace fit-outs
\n
• Class A office renovations
\n
• Law firm interiors
\n
• Technology and mission-critical support spaces
\n
• High-end tenant improvements ranging from single-floor renovations to full-building repositioning efforts
\n
• Project values typically range from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar interior construction assignments.
\n

Your new role

\n

\n
• Prepare conceptual estimates, budgets, and detailed construction cost estimates
\n
• Complete quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
\n
• Review drawings, specifications, RFPs, and bid documentation
\n
• Identify project risks and develop pricing strategies
\n
• Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
\n
• Conduct site visits and pre-bid surveys
\n
• Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
\n
• Develop bidder lists and solicit subcontractor pricing
\n
• Analyze subcontractor proposals for scope coverage and value
\n
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal project teams
\n
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives
\n
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n

\n
• 5-10+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
\n
• Commercial interiors construction experience required
\n
• Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor pricing
\n
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents
\n
• Experience developing budgets and conceptual estimates
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
\n
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits concurrently
\n
