Claims Coordinator

Supporting the end-to-end claims process, the full-time Claims Coordinator will submit orthodontic claims, resolve denials, research missing payments, and process adjustments efficiently while working remotely from select states. Key responsibilities Ensure claims accuracy and timely submission to minimize disruptions for patients and practices Address rejected or denied claims promptly, resolving issues with professionalism Conduct thorough audits and manage escalation cases to safeguard account integrity Required qualifications 2+ years of experience with dental insurance plans, including DPPO, PPOs, and DHMOs Proven track record of processing dental/orthodontic claims for over 2 years In-depth knowledge of dental revenue cycles Experience liaising with multiple insurance carriers Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents
