Outpatient + Light Rounding | No ER Call

Vero Beach, FL | $500K Base + Immediate Partnership Buy-In

New Grads & Visa Candidates Welcome

Step into a $500K base with immediate partnership equity at a growing cardiology practice on Florida’s Treasure Coast. Mostly outpatient. No ER call. Real Monday-to-Friday hours. You read your own echos, nuclears, and TEEs. And you live ten minutes from the beach.

The Schedule (M–F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

• 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Light hospital rounding — typically 1–2 patients/day
  

• 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Office clinic, 18–20 patients/day
  

• 30 min – 1.5 hrs: Study reads (echo, nuclear, TEE)
  

• No ER call. Hospital call is optional and only by your preference.
  

The Clinical Setup

• Outpatient cardiology practice with hospital affiliation
  

• Part-time NP supports your clinic days
  

• You read your own echos, nuclear stress tests, and TEEs (diagnostic income stays in-house)
  

• Predominantly Medicare patient population — credentialing typically completes in about a week
  

• eClinicalWorks EMR
  

The Money

• $500,000 base salary
  

• Productivity bonus on top
  

• Immediate partnership 
  

• Relocation assistance
  

• Medical, dental, and vision — practice covers two-thirds of premiums
  

• 401(k) with 3% employer match
  

• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME with $2,000 allowance
  

• Licensing fees and malpractice fully covered
  

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist
  

• Florida medical license (or eligible to obtain)
  

• Comfortable reading echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, and TEE
  

• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
