Customer Service Associate (Store #312 or #328) Part Time CSA Smokers Host #0312 - Greensburg, Greensburg, IN, US Salary Range: $9.00 To $9.00 Hourly Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA) FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Receives cash from customers or team members in payment for goods or services by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect all outside areas including the building, storage buildings, restrooms, dumpster area, lawn, driveway, approaches, fixtures, and lighting to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, operability, and safety. Inspect all inside areas including the office, counter, sales floor, coolers, equipment, merchandise, backroom, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, operability, and safety. Read, understand, and adhere to all guidelines contained in the Kocolene policy manual and future updates. Read, understand, and adhere to all guidelines contained in the Kocolene training manual and future updates. Make change and issue receipts or tickets to customers. Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions. Work another team member’s shift if they fail to come to work or until a replacement is found. Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand. Quote price and describe features of items for which money is received. Give cash refunds or issue credit to customers for returned merchandise. Clock in when arriving for work, clock out when starting breaks, clock back in when returning from a break, and clock out when leaving for the day. Prepare new register drawer with the proper change fund. Understand money handling procedures outlined in the training manual. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
