Registered Nurse 2 On-Call (RN2)Clallam Bay Corrections Center (CBCC) Clallam Bay, WAThere are several current openings for On-Call nurses!The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN2) for the Clallam Bay Corrections Center located in, WA. CBCC has an operating capacity of 858 male individuals located on the point of the Olympic Peninsula. Located in Clallam Bay, WA. It is 50 miles west of Port Angeles and looks out over the Strait of Juan de Fuca at Vancouver Island.**PLEASE NOTE/TRAVEL INFO: We have limited Vanpool incentives available to DOC employees who are eligible for the Clallam Transit Vanpool program commuting to Clallam Bay Corrections Center or the Olympic Corrections Center. Please be sure to ask for vanpool availability and details on how to sign up!!**On call/intermittent staff are expected to:Be available to work all shifts (day, swing and graveyard) including weekends and holidays as requested.To qualify for benefits upon hire, you must be willing to work 10 shifts a month.Provide written availability by the 10th of each month for the following month's coverage.Be willing to complete a paid six-week correctional worker core training (not required).Registered Nurses will receive shift differential in the amount of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for evening shift and night shift work. If you currently hold an active an unencumbered multi-state/compact licensure from another state, you must change your primary state of residence to WA and apply for a WA State Multi-State licensure within 60 days of employment.
