We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to develop new client relationships, recruit exceptional chefs, manage our sales pipeline, and match clients with the right chef. We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to develop new client relationships, recruit exceptional chefs, manage our sales pipeline, and match clients with the right chef. This is a growth-oriented opportunity. Responsibilities Generate, qualify, and nurture new client leads; manage inquiries and timely follow-up. Present services and pricing, conduct initial consultations, and close agreements for recurring chef services, full-time placements, and events. Build referral relationships with nutritionists, wellness professionals, concierge services, and other partners. Recruit health-supportive chefs through culinary schools and professional networks; review resumes and conduct initial interviews and culinary testing. Coordinate chef introductions, placements, and smooth onboarding for clients and chefs. Maintain an organized CRM tracking leads, chef availability, follow-ups, signed contracts, and sales activity. Use spreadsheets, AI tools, and streamlined workflows to improve processes; share weekly progress updates. Support positive client relationships and long-term retention. Compensation & Schedule Starting rate: $30 per hour, with an anticipated commitment of approximately 10-15 hours per week. Performance-based bonuses for new recurring client contracts and full-time chef placements; bonus terms will be provided separately. Initial part-time engagement, with the goal of growing into a full-time W-2 position as business needs and performance support expansion. Growth Opportunities This position is intended to develop into a full-time Sales & Recruitment Manager role. Our long-term goal is for this person to independently lead the client acquisition and chef placement process, including: Owning all incoming inquiries, sales calls, consultations, and contract closings. Managing chef sourcing, screening, recruitment, and client placements. Building strategic partnerships, efficient systems, and repeatable sales processes. Overseeing sales performance, client relationships, and retention. Eventually helping build and lead a sales and recruitment team. Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, business development, or client relations. Confident communicator with excellent customer service, follow-through, and ability to close sales. Experience interviewing candidates and managing professional relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools; familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools. Interest in health, wellness, food, hospitality, or premium personal services; culinary recruiting experience is a plus.
