PRN Neurosurgeon

When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role You will be a part of creating a Neuroscience Center of Excellence at Lutheran Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. You will help build on an already solid foundation of a broad continuum of care for brain and spine patients. Highlights: Practice at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO and Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO; occasionally seeing patients at Wheat Ridge and Lafayette Clinics. Dedicated days at each facility; not covering two facilities at the same time. Clinics open 5 days per week, Monday–Friday. Designated Neuro Critical Care unit and epilepsy monitoring unit with a strong nursing staff. Growing Primary Care referral base within Intermountain Health Medical Group. Support and Compensation Competitive compensation includes $2,360 per 24‑hour shift and $407 per hour call back rate. We cover travel expenses and professional liability. Requirements MD/DO education. Current, unrestricted CO license or ability to obtain it. Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Will consider newly graduated Neurosurgery residents. Trained in both brain and spine surgeries.
