Job Description We are seeking a result-driven retail Sales Associate to join our team! Sales Associates duties and responsibilities include working alongside with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our product, and recommend the right product for them. The ideal Salesperson is knowledgeable about current and upcoming fashion trends, and passionate about driving customer engagement Responsibilities: - Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers - Prospect and contact potential customers - Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints - Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments - Create sales material to present to customers - Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered in store Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - Ability to build rapport with clients - Deadline and detail-oriented - Self-motivated and results driven, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Industry Retail
