Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 or 38 hours per week, 8 or 13 week contract available. Holiday coverage is expected as part of this assignment.

Highlights:

• 28-bed Inpatient Observation Unit located adjacent to the Emergency Department
• Fast-paced environment with variable patient acuity ranging from lower to higher levels
• Mixed patient population including medical patients, trauma overflow, and mid-acuity holds
• May include floating to other units within your areas of competency
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-volume acute care setting
• Exposure to diverse case types and rapidly changing clinical situations

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia (or compact state license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical or Observation Unit experience in an acute care setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Must provide complete demographic information and professional badge photo upon acceptance
• Availability to work holidays as scheduled
