We're seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to work at a leading distribution organization in Groveport, OH. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Direct Hire 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) Salary: $72,000-$82,000K + Bonus Opportunity

What's a Typical Day as a Distribution Center Supervisor? You'll Be:

• Leading and supervising warehouse associates in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center
• Driving productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics
• Coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to expectations and standards
• Monitoring daily workflow and adjusting staffing to meet business demands
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
• Partnering with leadership to achieve operational goals and meet customer requirements
• Conducting employee training, performance discussions, and corrective actions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

• Have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment (required)
• Can demonstrate a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams
• Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Have experience managing productivity, attendance, quality, and performance expectations
• Are comfortable using warehouse management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
• Have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence
