Job Title: Process Technician Position Summary Magellan Aerospace, Glendale specializes in the manufacturing of precision magnesium and aluminum sand castings. We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Technician. Operate multiple pieces of equipment and monitor inventory levels. Make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency of equipment Perform work orders in the optimal order for productivity. Assist in preventative maintenance Ensures adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Performs work orders in the optimal order for productivity. Investigates equipment failures to determine the cause and makes quick repairs. Supports process engineering with maintenance and process improvements. Position Requirements 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing, reading technical manuals/schematics and basic math Technical knowledge of casting industry and or metallurgy is desired Excellent technical skills Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a noisy environment, and occasionally lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
