Clinical Coordinator

Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease Oversee treatment and guide clinical staff Ensure the highest standards of care and safety Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements 18+ months of RN experience 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year Current RN license Current CPR certification Charge RN readiness approval ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook Ability to work early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in coordinating patient care plans and supervising clinical staff in a dialysis setting, ensuring high standards of care and safety while building strong relationships with patients and families.
