We’re currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. Pay $40~$45 per hour Salary Details Salary based on Experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist What We’re Looking For: • Active Dental Hygienist License in the Commonwealth of Virginia • Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and patient assessment systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Description What You’ll Do: • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and hygiene needs. • Evaluate patient needs and provide initial therapy as recommended. • Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants. • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. • Work alongside our dentists and dental assistants to ensure top-notch patient care. • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control protocols.
