We’re Hiring HVAC Technicians – Join a Growing Startup!
Are you an energetic HVAC professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re launching an exciting new heating and cooling company and are looking for skilled, motivated technicians to be part of our founding team!
Position: HVAC Service & Installation Technician
Location: Based in Belton, MO.
Pay: Starting at $30/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, with overtime opportunities and weekly performance bonuses!
Benefits: Benefits coming soon
Responsibilities:
Service, and repair residential HVAC systems. Nothing commercial!
We are looking for installers too...
Perform routine tune-ups and maintenance
Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience
EPA Certification --- NATE Certified (preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Must be punctual, professional, and customer-friendly
Excellent communication skills are a MUST
Must own basic hand tools
