This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Utilize Infor M3 to manage inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Infor M3.

• 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Infor M3.
