Radiation Therapist

A hospital in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a mid-level Radiation Therapist to join its clinical team. This is a fully on-site, in-person position with no travel required. Partial relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering prescribed courses of radiation treatment to patients under the guidance of a radiation oncologist. Daily duties include operating radiation therapy equipment, maintaining precise treatment records, and prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout every stage of the treatment process. Key Responsibilities- Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment according to clinical protocols
- Keep accurate and detailed treatment records for each patient
- Monitor patients during treatment to ensure safety and comfort
- Follow established procedures for radiation safety and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with the care team to support coordinated treatment delivery
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy required
- Radiation Therapy certification required
- Current Basic Life Support certification required
- Partial relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
