Do you love art, wine, and helping pets in need? Join BirchBark Foundation as a volunteer at the Art & Wine Event in Scotts Valley - an inspiring afternoon of local flavor, creativity, and community support for families facing veterinary emergencies.
We are looking for kind, dependable, and enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this meaningful day to life. From welcoming guests to our booth, setting up our table at the event, or BirchBark outreach, you will play a vital role in spreading the word about our mission - and have a great time doing it!
4 shifts available:
- Set up and initial shift at the booth: Saturday August 15 2026 - 09:30 to 13:30 PST
- Second shift at the table; discuss BirchBark share their mission, help attendees with the prize wheel + puppy pool. Assist in packing up end of day.: Saturday August 15, 2026 - 13:30 to 17:30 PST
- Third shift at booth: Sunday August 16, 2026 - 09:30 to 13:30 PST
- Fourth shift at booth: Sunday August 16, 2026 - 13:30 to 17:00 PST
