Position Overview
The Client Support Specialist plays an important role in maintaining communication between DDB Solutions and its customers. This role focuses on coordination, follow-up, and accurate information management.
Candidates with strong organizational skills and a professional communication style are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Confirm appointments and service details
Maintain accurate client records in internal systems
Coordinate scheduling between field teams and customers
Provide updates regarding services and timelines
