$80,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Coordinate and host open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers and highlighting their unique features.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility.
• Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:

• Must Have NC or SC Real Estate License.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
• Proficiency in using technology-driven tools to manage leads and streamline the sales process.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.
• Ability to conduct property showings and open houses with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and team members alike.
