Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently bend and twist from the waist. Verbal and written English fluency./ph3Kitchen Team Members/h3pPosition Summary: Accurately and efficiently cook, build, and quality control all food products, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also, perform other duties in the areas of food and quality control required, including product temperature, order accuracy, and timeliness of production/service./ppEssential Functions/Key Responsibilities:/pulliAssume 100% responsibility for the quality of the products served./liliPerform all necessary duties for each and every position in the kitchen. Able to accurately complete all assigned duties./liliKnow and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures./liliStock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on line stations to assure a smooth service period./liliPortion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications./liliMaintain a clean and sanitary work-station area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment./liliMaintain a cheerful, optimistic presence throughout the duration of the shift, allowing that feeling to be perceived by our guests./liliHandle, store, label and rotate all products properly./liliAssist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed./liliClose the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assist others in closing the kitchen./liliPerform other related duties as assigned by the manager on-duty./liliPerform running duties and side work at the beginning and end of each shift as assigned and required./liliUse our standard recipe sheets for preparing all products.
