Candidates must be well-spoken and confident interacting with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times. What does a Squishable Store Manager do? The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store and is accountable for its sales performance, its team, and its standards. Responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training Setting and executing business strategies for the store in partnership with the Regional Manager Opening and closing the store (at times on your own) and taking responsibility for accurate day-start and day-end cash handling Ensuring accurate inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor Maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation Maintaining enthusiasm and motivation in the store, and ensuring a fun and memorable environment Supporting all types of POS transactions and customer inquiries Adhering to all company policies, practices, and safety standards Qualifications 2–3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment 2–5 years of customer service experience Passion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team members Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment Feedback is a gift!
