Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based pelvic health and outpatient physical therapy services
• Treat conditions including pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum-related concerns, pelvic floor dysfunction, and orthopedic conditions
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to maximize outcomes
• Monitor patient progress using objective outcome measures and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians, OB/GYN providers, urogynecologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Empower patients to return confidently to work, exercise, recreation, motherhood, and the activities that matter most to them
• Build meaningful relationships within the community you serve

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

We welcome orthopedic and outpatient Physical Therapists who are interested in specializing in pelvic health. Structured training, mentorship, continuing education, and ongoing clinical support will be provided to help you successfully develop this highly sought-after specialty.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
