Surrounded by committed, loyal colleagues, if you can dare to bring your ingenuity and desire to make an impact, you'll be exposed to game-changing, diverse projects that truly allow you to play your part in the energy transition.Key Responsibilities:Build tender schedules and cost estimatesSupport tenders and oversee project planningDevelop project schedules and budgets in relevant toolsMaintain project schedule, cost forecasts, and actual/committed cost registersMonitor cost movements, productivity, scope, and progress against forecastsAnalyze trends and provide schedule/cost forecastsMaintain schedule and cost risk registersEnsure accuracy of budgets, actuals, forecasts, and change order estimatesUpdate systems to reflect current cost and schedule statusReport project status internally and externallyCommunicate cost, schedule, forecast, and risks to project teams and cost ownersPresent financial and project control data in reviewsCollaborate with PMs, Finance Controllers, cost owners, and third partiesSupport project closeout and claimsEnsure compliance with global standards, WBS, processes, procedures, and toolsEnsure quality of project controls reportingReconcile approved project financial data with accounting booksComply with quality procedures and address non-conformances promptlySupport cost reduction strategies with functional teamsEnsure efficiency of the project cost control teamIdentify standardization/optimization opportunities and support lean improvement initiativesDemonstrate commitment to health and safetyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering in civil, electrical or related engineering fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience in planning large turnkey projectsMinimum 1 years of experience in projects providing cost controllingStrong knowledge of planning and use of PrimaveraGood oral and written language skills in English and TurkishAbility to live in AnkaraDesired Characteristics:Knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projectsKnowledge of Grid Solutions and GIS substationsKnowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projectsAnalytical skills to use data to forecast outcomesClear communicator with strong communication and influencing skillsMS Project and unifier knowledgeCost estimating and forecastingStrong analytic and problem-solving skills
