Have a positive and friendly outlook with customers and team members. Be able to lead managers and work with them to create positive work environments. Be able to multi-task between different stores, manager, employees, etc. Be able to train managers in day-to-day operations at the store level. Be able to deep-dive into store operations and productivity reporting. Maintain correct product levels in all stores being overseen. Bridge the gap between back-office and store level communications. Company Information The Youssef-Moniz Corporation is a small, family-owned business. They own and actively run 10 Dunkin Donuts locations in the towns of Webster, Dudley, Charlton, Douglas and Putnam, CT.
