Lead Analyst, Client Service and Repair - Jewelry

The key objective for this position is to provide detailed and technically intricate Client Estimate Forms ensuring Jewelry New Sale Alterations (NSA) and Client Owned Merchandise (COM) Repairs are processed according to established procedures while meeting agreed upon global delivery dates. This necessitates constant written communication between Global Retail Salons, our internal departments and Workshops in a timely manner. Excellent business writing skills, a strong operations and systems-oriented background are required to be successful in this role while exhibiting outstanding accuracy, organizational discipline and operational agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities Respond to After Sales related alteration and repair inquires in a professional and timely manner to the Global Retail Salons Facilitate confirmed client work orders in the allotted timeframes in liaison with our Workshops: This includes systematic transfers and processes, intercompany communication, technical reviews with Management and creating individual client facing Estimate Forms utilizing appropriate business language, monitoring confirmed client orders and their timely accurate completion inclusive of transfer for shipment following established procedures Processing client work orders, inclusive of updating the item variant card and cross-referencing invoices against expected charges Conduct monthly physical inventory while resolving discrepancies Lead special projects at the request of Management related to client work orders Job Qualifications 5+ years or more prior experience in administrative order processing and client services required; Luxury Retail preferred, jewelry expertise not required as this role focuses on administrative tasks Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and professional business writing and communication skills Highly organized and extremely detail oriented Ability to multi-task in a fastidious environment with competing priorities Competence in displaying good judgment with a heightened sense of urgency and transparent decision-making skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel; strong operational and organizational background required #J-18808-Ljbffr Harry Winston
