Role Description The Senior Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis will play a key role in supporting SunPower’s strategic and operational decision-making through rigorous financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. This full-time, on-site position in the Louisville Metropolitan Area will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyzing variances against budget and prior periods, and developing insights to improve profitability and efficiency. The role will collaborate closely with corporate finance, accounting, operations, and executive leadership to consolidate company-wide financial plans, support annual budgeting and long‑range planning, and evaluate business cases for new initiatives. The Senior Analyst will also help refine FP&A processes and tools, ensure data integrity, and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and working with large data sets, preferably using Excel and modern analytics tools. Familiarity with corporate finance concepts, such as P&L management, cash flow, and KPI development for executive reporting. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities. Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise presentations and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders. Background in energy, technology, or related industries is beneficial, as well as interest in clean energy and sustainability. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
