Exciting Full-Time Physician Assistant Opportunity in Pelham, Alabama! KidsStreet Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive urgent care services full time in Pelham, Alabama. The PA will lead a small team, provide care across all age groups, and perform medical procedures, diagnostics, emergency management, telemedicine and occupational medicine services. Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID-19 and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and foreign object removal Suture and splint wounds Manage orthopedic evaluations and treatments Interpret x‑rays (radiologist review thereafter) Provide general dermatology, eye problem management and EKG interpretation Respond to emergency situations Offer general gynecologic expertise Treat children of all ages Provide occupational medicine and telemedicine services Schedule: Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Rotating 7‑on/7‑off duty schedule with alternate weekends Qualifications: Physician Assistant Board Certification required MSN or higher education; new graduates welcome DOT certification or willingness to obtain certification; cost covered Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred Compensation and Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Malpractice insurance Starting bonus Bonus incentive $750 CME allowance per year UpToDate subscription Paid time off Paid orientation and training 401(k) eligible after 90 days Rotating shifts – work 7 of 14 days MAINSTREET FAMILY CARE IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER *Standard pre‑employment background checks and drug screens are performed. #J-18808-Ljbffr MainStreet Family Urgent Care
