The YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Sr. Member Services Representative for the Shepherd YMCA Firehouse in La Jolla. The role focuses on building member relationships, delivering exceptional service, and guiding inquiries to appropriate programs and memberships. You will greet and interview prospective members, process memberships and renewals, and support front desk operations while leading staff as Manager on Duty when needed.
