As a Maintenance Director , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our property, grounds, and equipment.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily maintenance and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Coordinating with maintenance technicians to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively

• Conducting regular safety checks and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Managing budgets and ordering supplies and materials as needed

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Maintenance experience required

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
