Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings of students referred for speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct intervention focused on speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Contribute to the multidisciplinary IEP process, participating in meetings and goal setting
