About the Role:
Ogburnstation Meat Market in Winston Salem, NC is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner at the counter and throughout the store
• Answer customer questions about products, cuts of meat, preparation tips, and pricing
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including in-store and phone orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house and display cases
• Handle cash register transactions, including cash, card, and change handling
• Collaborate with butchers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Food handling knowledge or willingness to learn meat products and cuts
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
