Project Manager/Estimator

Analyze, review and interpret plans and specification to develop detailed estimates for projects. Complete estimate take-offs, obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, attend pre-bid meetings, assist in determining project resource requirements. Ensure all estimates submitted are accurate. Validate all pricing. Turn over documentation from Estimating to Project Managing from beginning construction process to end. High school diploma or GED required. Prefer four [4] years estimating experience or close to. Must be able to fully understand construction documentation and math skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must demonstrate ability to lead project job foreman and get results. Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate ability to solve problems. Must demonstrate commitment fo company rules and values. Must get along well with other members of staff within the company. Must demonstrate professionalism at all times. Salary/Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
