Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
• Monitor and support competency of clinical staff at the unit level
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical nursing
• Ability to assess and manage patient care needs across assigned shifts
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
• Experience with clinical staff supervision and delegation
