Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare OT strongly desired

• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students on individualized education plans
• Evaluate student needs, document progress, and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support learning goals
• Communicate effectively with families on student progress and strategies
• Utilize creative, evidence-based interventions to encourage participation and independence
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all relevant regulations
