divh2Documentation Content Specialist/Graphic Designer/h2pWe are seeking a contracted Documentation Content Specialist/Graphic Designer to support our Instructional Design team by cleaning up, standardizing, and organizing customer-facing documentation. This role will focus on improving the consistency, usability, and visual quality of existing tools, SOPs, and job aids that currently vary in format, branding, and complexity. This is a remote, short-term engagement supporting onboarding and enablement programs for customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Support, Academy)./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliReview a large set of existing customer-facing documents, including: Tools SOPs Job aids/liliIdentify and flag: Outdated or redundant documentation Inconsistencies in formatting, structure, and complexity/liliClean up and organize documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency/liliStandardize documents to align with brand standards, including: Color palettes Imagery Layout and visual consistency/liliImprove overall presentation and structure across materials/liliWork closely with the Instructional Design team to support onboarding programs for customer-facing teams/li/ulpWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
