Oracle OTBI Consultant / BI Publisher Reports Developer

Position: Oracle OTBI Consultant / BI Publisher Reports Developer



Location: Remote + Travel



Travel: 2 consecutive weeks onsite at the client warehouse every month until project completion

Position Summary

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced Oracle OTBI Consultant / BI Publisher Reports Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OTBI, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS R12 .

The consultant will design, develop, enhance, optimize, and support enterprise reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS R12 , with a strong focus on GL, AP, AR, Procurement, reporting security, SQL/PLSQL development, and production support .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher .
  • Design and develop BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and templates .
  • Build reporting solutions across GL, AP, AR, Procurement , and related Oracle ERP modules.
  • Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.
  • Perform SQL/database performance tuning .
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers .
  • Support database objects/packages utilized by Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions within Oracle EBS R12 .
  • Work with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) when applicable.
  • Configure and support Fusion reporting security , including roles and data access sets.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, SQL, PL/SQL, and production issues.
  • Implement data validation, exception handling, and data-integrity controls.
  • Gather requirements from functional/business teams and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams.
