Team Lead - Packaging Facility

Job Description

Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We're seeking a motivated Team Lead to join a fast-paced packaging facility. If you're a hands-on leader with experience in manufacturing or production and enjoy helping a team succeed, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team in a packaging/production environment
Ensure daily production goals and quality standards are met
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Monitor workflow and address production issues as they arise
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees

Qualifications:

Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift as needed
