Digital Transformation Consultant

Overview A leading provider of information management systems, serving industries such as higher education, healthcare, government, legal, finance, and human resources with digital conversion, data capture, document management, workflow automation, and related services, is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead its RFP function. This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. What you'll do Lead the end-to-end proposal development process and own overall RFP strategy Ensure the organization pursues the right opportunities and differentiates its responses to win more business Join engagements during RFP response, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases Shape the narrative around productized solutions and best practices Guide executive stakeholders from custom-ask thinking toward scalable adoption Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams Stay involved through solution alignment and scoping, without owning system configuration What you'll need 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting; ECM software experience preferred Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics Strong sales nuance and/or program management instincts Experience confidently guiding stakeholders toward best practice adoption Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Executive-level communication and presence Compensation and benefits $165K base salary $35K bonus Hybrid work arrangement Why this role This is an opportunity to lead and elevate an organization's RFP function into a true competitive advantage, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
