Can You Turn Complex HVAC Systems into Reliable Performance?

If you’re the go-to expert for bringing commercial HVAC equipment online—and you take pride in clean installs and precise commissioning—we want you on our team. We have a consistent flow of ongoing commercial projects and a long-term path for technicians who deliver with reliability and consistency.

What Challenges Will You Tackle?

Install a range of systems: rooftop units, split systems, and VRF configurations
Lead start-up and commissioning to verify safe, efficient operation
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues to get systems back on spec
Replace key components such as compressors and control boards
Complete maintenance on installed and legacy systems
Ensure every task aligns with safety codes and industry standards
Keep communication tight with project managers and your field team

What Do You Need to Succeed?

5+ years of HVAC experience in the field (commercial strongly preferred)
Advanced diagnostic skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
Confidence to work independently and run full start-up procedures
EPA Certification (Required)
Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
Baseline hand tools you’re comfortable using daily
