Hospice RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to deliver high-quality end-of-life care in home and facility settings. In this role, you will assess patient needs, manage pain and symptoms, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families. You will document care in EMR, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure patient comfort and dignity.
