Position Summary
Lifespan Local is a fast-moving, innovative, community-driven organization and the Guest Services Coordinator will play a versatile role taking on various tasks and scheduling of spaces within Blossom House. Blossom House is a hub for community that includes an early education center, public library, community event space, community kitchen, youth space and Hydroponic farm. The Guest Services Coordinator is located in the midst of Blossom House and provides a welcoming experience for everyone who enters.
Essential Job Functions
- Engage with community members through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and social media, provide tours if needed
- Provide general information to the public, clarify rules and procedures, answer inquiries, and resolve issues within established guidelines for Blossom House
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, visitors and direct inquiries appropriately
- Manage public calendar of events and coordinate scheduling for meetings and events with Blossom House
- Utilize various software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stripe, Skedda and other tools to complete tasks and maintain organization, payment reconciliation and invoicing
- Manage room scheduling, acquiring liquor licenses and/or providing other accommodations for room reservations
- Communicate with contractors to set-up necessary services at Blossom House
- Collaborate with the Lifespan Local and Denver Public Library staff to plan and execute community events and outreach initiatives
- Manage payment processes for those who are renting space within Blossom House
- Manage social media posts highlighting upcoming events at Blossom House
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a high level of organization. They should have experience working in an office environment providing warm and engaging guest services, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to a team. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, adapt to shifting deadlines, and approach projects proactively is essential.
Additionally, our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:
- Commitment to public service and engaging with the community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to changing demands
- Dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience maintaining various social media platforms and accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Education Requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate
- Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of clerical/customer service experience
- Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement
Typical Physical Demands
- Required sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, copy machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
Working Conditions
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm.
- This position will begin on August 10, 2026.
Benefits
Compensation/Benefits
Salary range is $60,000 ? $65,000 for this full ? time exempt position (40 hours/week).
Generous benefits package includes:
- 5 weeks vacation time and 2 weeks sick time annually

- 401K plan with 4% contribution and no required match
