Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

? Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

? Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

? 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

? Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence

? Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

? Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
