Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Position in Yarmouth, MA

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Yarmouth, MA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Willingness to follow a flexible schedule.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations with a goal of approximately 12 patients per day.
• Participation in mentorship and continuing education as required by the employer.

• Base salary structure starting at competitive rates commensurate with experience.
• Signing and performance-based bonus opportunities.
• Student loan repayment program up to $20,000 over four years; if no student loans, an equivalent cash bonus may be provided.
