Senior RF Network Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in RF engineering
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, but not mandatory
• Proven ability in RF planning and use of optimization tools
• Familiarity with licensed and unlicensed wireless equipment vendors
• Desire for certification such as Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA)
• Experience in team leadership roles and project coordination
• Understanding of wireless network standards and GIS mapping skills
• Capability to learn new wireless technologies and features quickly

• Lead RF engineering design for wireless network sites, utilizing RF planning and mapping software
• Oversee project coordination and implementation support for wireless network design
• Conduct RF optimization work including data collection, analysis, and issue resolution
• Develop process plans outlining material, subcontract, facility, tooling, and equipment needs
• Manage site selection processes through cell planning and client coordination
• Supervise and coordinate tasks with other RF engineers, technicians, and contractors
• Prepare for RF drive tests and develop search area maps for new sites
• Provide engineering assistance for sales and business development efforts
• Manage internal site databases effectively and coordinate with various teams as required
• Present findings and technical plans clearly in reports and presentations
• Ensure adherence to internal control processes and procedures
• Work collaboratively in a team setting
