E-commerce Growth Manager

BURDLIFE is looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to lead the digital growth of our fast-growing jewelry brand. As we continue expanding across the U.S., we're looking for someone who understands how to turn website traffic into customers, customers into loyal advocates, and marketing data into measurable growth. This role will own our e-commerce growth strategy across Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities Own and manage all email and SMS marketing campaigns through Klaviyo Manage and optimize our Shopify website, including product launches, merchandising, landing pages, and overall user experience Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Improve website conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing, analytics, and customer journey optimization Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value Analyze marketing performance, attribution, ROAS, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Partner with our creative and marketing teams to execute product launches and seasonal campaigns Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing Expert knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads with measurable results Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution, analytics, and lifecycle marketing Experience scaling e-commerce brands through data-driven decision making Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Location NYC / Hoboken (Hybrid) If you're excited about building and scaling a high-growth e-commerce business and want to help create one of the most recognizable jewelry and lifestyle brands in the country, we'd love to hear from you.
