Your Key Responsibilities
- Apply radiographic and CT techniques to achieve high-standard diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Work in tandem with radiologists and the healthcare team to promote precise diagnoses
- Position patients accurately and adjust equipment for prime imaging results
- Adhere to strict radiation safety standards to ensure well-being for patients and colleagues alike
- Keep thorough records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver compassionate care throughout the entire imaging experience
- Foster a safe, organized, and effective imaging setting
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Certification Essentials
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days from hire
