The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field • Experience with SIOP (Sales‑Integrated Operations Planning) or S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes • Experience with planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis• Experience working cross‑functionally with teamsDesired Skills:• Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field • Aerospace & Defense industry experience • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • Strong expertise with ERP/MRP systems, configuration management, and capability constraints • Ability to integrate SIOP with EACs and financial forecasting • Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives • Translate long‑term business strategy into actionable planning tactics • Skilled at negotiating capacity, lead‑time, and inventory trade‑offs with internal stakeholders • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) • Active Secret security clearanceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
