Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Post Partum/Mom Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS or ALS-OB, NRP, EFM, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Fetal Monitoring and Assessment Emergency Response Postpartum Care Time Management Description: Candidates must be able to start 7-10 days from offer acceptance. Weekly orientation on Mondays. 48 hours per week guarantees available. Blocked scheduling available. Unit has 9 beds. Patient ratios are 1:1. Equipment includes EHR: Centricity, Meditech. Supervised by Kendra Smith. Patient population includes adults. Common diagnoses include Normal Spontaneous Labor, Preterm Labor, Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Placenta Previa, Placental Abruption, Fetal Distress, Umbilical Cord Prolapse, Postpartum Hemorrhage. Desired personality traits include adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, stamina, strong communication skills, and empathy. Dress code includes ceil blue scrubs. Unacceptable attire includes non-compliant scrub colors, scrubs with slogans, graphics or offensive content, inappropriate footwear.
