Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced accounting & purchasing coordinator to join a growing company in Stillwater, MN. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong QuickBooks and administrative skills. You'll support daily office operations, assist leadership, and play a key role in customer communications and order processing. Location: Stillwater, MN Wage: $22 $27/hr, depending on experience Hours: 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the accounting & purchasing coordinator:

Duties of the accounting & purchasing coordinator:

• Handle QuickBooks tasks including invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Assist customers with questions, order confirmations, and product updates
• Process recurring orders and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to company leadership
• Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
• Support the sales team with pricing and availability
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements of the accounting & purchasing coordinator:

• 2+ years of QuickBooks experience with the manufacturing version
• 12 years of administrative experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to cross-train
• Strong work history with reliable attendance
• Quality-conscious mindset and strong work ethic
