Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health care, focusing on one-on-one patient support in a home setting. The role involves providing skilled nursing care, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to ensure patient safety and quality care. Key responsibilities include managing pediatric patients’ nursing needs, following established plans of care, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Qualifications required are a valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license , TB test, BLS CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent is preferred or willingness to train. Skills needed include strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
